Leadership Tangipahoa Announces the 2008-09 Board of Trustees

The Leadership Tangipahoa Board of Trustees consists of a twelve member committee.  “Diversity is the key to the success of not only the class, but the board as well,” says Emily McKneely, Chairman for the 2008-09 board. “The board serves the entire parish, therefore, the board is compiled of people from all walks of life and who reside throughout the parish.”  Members include Leadership Tangipahoa Alumni, parish-wide agencies, local government, and major employers in Tangipahoa Parish.  Board members rotate every three to four years.  

The 2008-09 Leadership Tangipahoa Board members are:  Jason Ball, Brian Gohres, Ken Howe, Stephanie Kropog, Dot Lavigne, Emily McKneely, Stacey Neal, Aly Ragan, Carla Tate, Cheri Viola, Kelly Wells, and Jeff Wright. Glen Villalobos (Facilitator), Betty Stewart (General Manager), and Michael Minkus (Technology) serve as ad-hoc members.

“I am thrilled to work with some of Tangipahoa Parish’s finest leaders for the next year,” said Emily McKneely, Chairman. “We have an amazing group of volunteers, a new alumni association, and an enthusiastic new group of students. 2008-09 may be the best year ever for the Leadership Tangipahoa program.”
